Italian machine with two complete working modes. In steam it produces 100 kg/h at 20 bar and 200 °C, running continuously; in high pressure it delivers 200 bar with 900 litres per hour of water at 140 °C. A single 60,000 kcal/h diesel burner feeds both modes, and each mode arrives with its own standard kit: a 15 metre hose and its own lance, 160 cm for steam and 150 cm for high pressure.

Tanks, lines, fillers, moulds and chill rooms. The steam kit comes from the factory with a spherical nozzle for gas freeing and sterilising: the surface is treated with steam at 200 °C without flooding the area or leaving standing water to mop up. When the job calls for flushing, the same machine switches to 200 bar of hot water.

Tanks, separators, pumps and tooling with hydrocarbon stuck to them. The machine ships with a spherical gas freeing and sterilising nozzle inside the steam kit, plus a 160 cm steam lance. For heavy degreasing there is the other mode: 200 bar with water at 140 °C.

Electric motors, panels, moulds, dies and machine tools with grease on them. Steam cleans with very little water, which is the only way to work near electrics and bearings. And when the job moves to floors, structure or tanks, you switch to the high pressure kit without changing machine.
